The everyonelearning Teaching Partnership has worked alongside Nona Denvos for over 3 years to co-produce a programme of reflective supervision designed to support its School Direct Trainee Teachers. This innovative offer of support attempts to integrate reflective practice strategies into the day-to-day practice of its trainees. The programme is underpinned by evidence-informed approaches. Nona works with groups of trainee teachers at agreed and planned intervals throughout their PGCE training year supporting them every step of the way. Trainees engage in confidential facilitated group sessions. Trainees report the positive impact that these sessions have on their day-to-day life. Nona creates a safe space where trainees feel happy to engage in these well-designed sessions. She also supports on a more impromptu basis when required. We value the ongoing collaboration with Nona.

I have worked with Nona for several years now and found her to have longstanding experience in working with Looked After Children & Young people across the age range. She has developed particular expertise in her work with Children and Young People with communication issues & Complex Special Education Needs & Severe Learning Difficulties with particular Physical Challenges, always with great sensitivity.

The other aspects of the work I have provided Clinical Consultation & Supervision for has has been her development of a practice of Skilled Group Worker with a wide range of Adults in training within Education and other fields. Her work as an increasingly skilful Supervisor has also grown significantly for those individuals working in a variety of settings & organisations.
