This page tells you information about Lacunazone Training and the legal terms and conditions on which we supply our online training sessions and services detailed on our site.
These terms will apply to any contract between us for the provision of online services to you as a subscriber. Please read these terms and conditions carefully and make sure you understand them before subscribing for our services. Before subscribing you will be asked to agree to these terms.
We will amend our terms periodically so please ensure that you are aware of any updates which will be published on our website. The terms you agree to are the ones published at that time.
Information about Lacunazone Training
We trade as Lacunazone Training. Our offices are 35 Hope Street, Old Glossop, Glossop, Derbyshire, SK13 7SB.
Use of our Site
You may only subscribe for services if you are at least 18 years old. If you are subscribing on behalf of a business or organisation you confirm that you have authority to bind the organisation or business to our terms and conditions to form a contract to our services.
How the contract is formed between you and us
Once you have contacted us to discuss your organisational needs, we will email you outlining our proposed training / reflective practice packages which we could offer to you. These will outline costs. You will need to complete then submit your online order form to us at hello@lacunazonetraining.co.uk . We will then send a confirmatory email agreeing the dates of delivery and cost of training. When you sign, date, and return this to us by email the contract is formed. When you return the confirmatory email this states that you wish to proceed.
If for any reason, we are unable to supply you with our online training and/or service we will contact you as soon as possible.
Prices and payment
Our prices will be discussed with you in our initial free consultation and will differ depending on the training needs of your organisation. Our prices include VAT.
Prices will change annually but will not affect orders which have been confirmed.
You can pay for our services via online payment.
Your organisation must pay the cost in full prior to the training / services being provided.
Postponements, Cancellations and Refunds
You agree that it will be necessary for our trainers to plan and prepare the training before delivery. You therefore agree that should you need to postpone your online service delivery you must email us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start date / time of the service offered. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your postponement. We will confirm this by email to you.
Any cancellation, postponement or refund request must be submitted in writing by email to us at hello@lacunazonetraining.co.uk
If you cancel before you receive a confirmatory email you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel before the first training session is carried out, we will provide you with a refund but reserve the right to charge you 25% of the total price paid to cover the costs of planning and preparation and costs incurred by us in connection with works carried out prior to the agreed start date. We will deduct this sum from the refund given to you.
Refunds will be processed within 4 weeks of cancellation.
Consumer Cancellation Rights
You may cancel, in writing, at any time up to the end of the seventh business day from the time the contact is formed. The commencement of services will happen after seven business days from the start of the contract.
Our Warranty and Liability
We warrant that: we will make all reasonable efforts to ensure our service providers have the necessary skills and qualifications to deliver the services to you. The main service deliverer is Nona Malin Denvos. She is a fully accredited BACP counsellor and has delivered training and other services for the last 6 years. Her professional associates will also be suitably qualified and will be employed by her. Lacunazone Training holds full professional indemnity insurance.
Technical
We are neither an internet service provider nor a technical support team. We do not take responsibility for any problem concerning technical issues with individuals’ computers or internet service providers.
Whilst we use all reasonable endeavors to ensure the online services flow without interruption to provide a high-quality service, we cannot guarantee that there will not be, from time to time, delays, or interruptions.
Lacunazone Training shall not be liable to you for any breach in its obligations or these terms and conditions arising from causes beyond reasonable control such as: Acts of God, fires, floods, earthquakes, terrorism, war.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the course materials, online speeches made by trainers are, and remain, the intellectual property of Lacunazone Training
